Some Good News

I’m happy to share that I now have another poetry collection available, When Love Brings Us Home.

As it is with titles for my other books, this one “arrived.” So, expect a few poems with themes of home, love, return. This collection honors life with my Sweetheart Dana. Yup, we are late in life finds together. We’ve found and made home together over the last three years. These poems touch a universality — the yearning and celebration for a belonging together.

There are three sections to the book. 1) Companioning. 2) Old Fears, New Choices. And 3) Simplicity. I loved feeling these themes coming to me. I loved grouping poems to lift the significance of each.

Thank you for reading. And sharing. And reviewing if you are inclined. And supporting my artistry in words. Thank you for listening ears to read the lines and what is between them. Thank you for reaching back, if you are inclined. Thank you for supporting the journey in many of us, that is to discover, or claim home. In ourselves. And with others. And to delight in sweet company that redefines what home is.

Gifts of Circle - Question Cardsasd

In My Nature is a collection of 10 poems. From A Note of Beginning: "This collection of poems arises from the many conversations I've been having about nature. Nature as guide. Nature as wild. Nature as organized. I remain a human being that so appreciates a curious nature in people. That so appreciates questions that pick fruit from inner being, that gather insights and intuitions to a basket, and then brings the to table to be enjoyed and shared over the next week."

This set of Note Cards (8 cards + envelopes)  quotes a few favorite passages from poems in In My Nature. I offer them as inspiration. And leave room for you to write personal notes.

Most Mornings is a collection of 37 poems. I loved writing them. From the introduction: "This collection of poems comes from some of my sense-making that so often happens in the morning, nurtured by overnight sleep. The poems sample practices. They sample learnings. They sample insights and discoveries. They sample dilemmas and concerns."
